Mr. P. Porchezhian, allice Berlin who is one of co-founder of the organization and he continuing as Treasure. The employee of the Chennai Port Trust retired w.e.f. 31.08.25

Mr. V. Kalaimani, is veteran football player and basically economically weaker section and he himself groomed and worked retired at Chennai Port Trust. He also very long time president of the organization and now EC member.

Mr. N. Karunanithi, has been of significant importance to the organization. His commitment to the social welfare has been of great significance to the organization.

Academic Career: Dr. R. Mallika holds M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. qualifications and has over 26 years of teaching experience in Tamil literature, specializing in feminism, modern literature, Sangam literature, modern poetry, and Buddhism. She has also served as a Senate Member at Tamil University, Thanjavur, and on several other state and national committees.

Mr.Murugan works professionally as artist and completed BABL who is a past beneficiary of BSAC with aarVam Children Movement since 2005

R. Christodas Gandhi is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with extensive experience in public administration. He served as the Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu in the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, where he worked towards the development and welfare of marginalized communities. Beyond his government service, he is widely recognized for his continued involvement in social work and his strong commitment to advocating for the rights and welfare of tribal communities.

Human Resources (HR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional with over 15 years of expertise in CSR consulting, human resource management, and training. He previously led Ma Foi’s CSR initiatives across the areas of education, healthcare, and livelihood development. Currently, he works as a consultant for NGOs, social enterprises, and corporate organizations, providing strategic guidance on CSR and organizational development. He also teaches Human Resource Management (HRM) and Contemporary Gandhi Studies, combining practical industry experience with academic engagement.

Ms. S. Sumithra Devi currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization, leading its overall vision, projects, and implementation. Having dedicated over five years of committed service, she progressed from Programme Manager to Executive Director and now oversees strategic planning, partnerships, and organizational development. Her leadership is driven by a passion for community empowerment and sustainable social impact.

Ms. Rajeshwari is the Project Coordinator with over 20 years of dedicated service to the organization. Being a member of the same community where the organization operates, she brings deep local knowledge and strong community relationships, playing a vital role in implementing programmes that empower children, women, and families.

Vasanthakumar M. serves as a Project Associate, supporting the planning and implementation of community development initiatives. With a Master’s in Social Work , community mobilization, and youth engagement, he is committed to creating positive social impact. He is passionate about empowering marginalized communities through collaboration, compassion, and effective program execution.

Mr. Giridharam serves as the Education Coordinator, leading educational initiatives and supporting the holistic development of children and youth. With a background in Criminology, Counseling, and Psychology, he brings a compassionate and learner-centered approach to education. His experience in counseling, research, and community engagement enables him to foster safe, supportive learning environments and strengthen the organization's education programmes.
